Cancellation Policy
At Veloxaero, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Because we aim for rapid fulfillment, we have a very limited window for order modifications or cancellations.
1. The 6-Hour Window
If you change your mind, you must contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.To request a cancellation, please email our support team at veloxaero@gmail.com or use our contact form. Please include your Order Number in the subject line for faster processing.
2. Post-Dispatch Policy
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Our automated logistics system moves quickly to ensure timely delivery; therefore, once the shipping label is generated and the package leaves our facility, the sale is considered final for the transit period.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
After 6 Hours: Any requests made after the initial 6-hour window may be denied if the order has already entered the fulfillment process.
Note to Customers:
If you missed the cancellation window and no longer want the item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy once the package arrives. Do not "Refuse to Delivery," as this can significantly delay your refund process.
